Q. How do you deliver?
Ans. We use our own fleet to deliver. Our goal is to deliver the products to your place on time.
Q. How much do deliveries cost?
Ans. There is a BDT 25 delivery fee if the order value is BDT 350 or more. If the order value is less than BDT 350, we charge BDT 50 delivery fee.
Q. How long do the deliveries take?
Ans. We are serving all over the Dhaka city delivering within 4-7 hours timeframe. You can also specify a convenient time and we will send the products during that time.
Q. What are your delivery hours?
Ans. We deliver from 8 am to 8 pm for every Friday & Saturday. You can choose from available slots to find something that is convenient to you.
Q. What happens during a hartal or inconvenience situation?
Ans. We work during hartals. That’s how dedicated we are. But during work facing any inconvenience situation Udayon shop staff will notify the clients.
Q. Should I tip the delivery representative?
Ans. Tips are not required. But our delivery team members appreciate recognition for their hard work.
